No Hate/ Safe Space Policy:

Zephyr Studio is a no hate zone and does not allow any discrimination against a person's race, color, religion, sex, including gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability. Zephyr Studio is committed to providing a safe and healthy place for all its clients.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

• We have a strict mandatory mask policy to ensure the safety of our clients

• Regardless of vaccination status, we ask everyone to please wear a mask.

• One guest per visit and one parent per child cut

• If you are feeling sick, have been exposed to covid or have traveled in the last 14 days. Please contact to reschedule. 

• Suite throughly sanitized in between client appointments

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

A credit card is required for scheduling all color appointments on my secure payment system. I require a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for all color appointments and 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for haircut appointments. Any color appointments canceled/rescheduled without 48 notice and any haircut appointments canceled/reschedule without 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service missed. Color correction appointments require a $250 non refundable deposit.

 

Products:

My go to products are Hairstory, Cult + King, and Suavecito pomade. Head over to the products page to browse a selection of Hairstory and Cult + King products and click the provided links to purchase. Suavecito pomade products are available at my studio space. Clients will get a 20% discount on Hairstory products and 30% discount with Cult + King when purchased using the given link. You can also add my name, Juli Ristau, in the notes during checkout.
