Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required for scheduling all color appointments on my secure payment system. I require a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for all color appointments and 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for haircut appointments. Any color appointments canceled/rescheduled without 48 notice and any haircut appointments canceled/reschedule without 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service missed. Color correction appointments require a $250 non refundable deposit.
